How money comes back if you want it to. Effective [DD Month 2026].

The free period comes first

Every new user gets 3 months free without giving any payment details, so you can decide whether the app is worth USD 1.99 a month before paying anything.

How to get a refund

Payments are handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store, not by us, so refunds go through them.

Google Play: play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions → Report a problem, or support.google.com/googleplay. Google generally refunds a subscription charge if you ask within 48 hours, and may do so later at its discretion.

Apple App Store: reportaproblem.apple.com.

If the store says no and you believe the charge was wrong, write to [email protected] with your receipt and we will look at it with you.

Your legal right to cancel (EU and UK)

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. For digital content that starts immediately, that right ends once the service begins, which you accept when you subscribe.

These store and consumer rights come on top of each other: whichever gives you more, applies.

Accidental renewals

Cancel at least a day before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. If a renewal surprises you, ask the store first, then us.
